the service
mymoodsapp lets you keep a private mood journal. Features may change. Weekly AI summaries and natural-language questions about your history may be added or limited over time. The service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
your content
You own the words you write. You grant us a limited license to store them and process them only to provide the journal (including optional AI summaries or Q&A on your own entries). We do not claim a license to publish your journal publicly.
Do not use the service for anything illegal, to harm others, or to upload content you do not have the right to store.
acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape other people's data, overload our systems, or reverse-engineer the product except as allowed by law. This is a private journal product — there is no right to use it as a public publishing platform.
health disclaimer
mymoodsapp is not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis service. Summaries and answers generated by software can be wrong or incomplete. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, mymoodsapp is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost entries, downtime, or decisions you make based on summaries. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero).
termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may stop offering the service or close accounts with reasonable notice where practical. After closure, we delete or anonymize personal data as described in the privacy policy, except where we must keep records.
changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
